The staff was amicable and helped with late checkout.

I stayed for 1 night and it was very nice. Staff were great and polite, I enjoyed them all. A dishwasher, fridges, and an oven etc were provided.

Thanks for really really nice stay, having setting to local train stations. Our rooms are clean in touch with the apartments. Good to have shower facilities, a drier, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Location is great and magnificent overall, adjacent to the river, the communal areas and a taxi from the venue.

Great balcony views and spacious property with plenty of room for our group of 5. The beds were comfy and the kitchen facilities were good.

Terrible check-in experience. Staff were unhelpful and couldn't advise on what to do when people were turned away.

the apartment we were assigned for our anniversary was not in the condition we expected. the wooden door had a huge crack, the carpets and walls were dirty with stains and marks, and the overall cleanliness was poor. Despite our complaints, there were no other 2 bedroom balcony rooms available for us to move to. This ruined our anniversary celebration and we are not happy with how Dream Apartments handled the situation. the staff apologized, but that was not enough. We have been waiting for our security deposit to be refunded for 3 days and have received incorrect information from Dream Apartments when we contacted them. Cons: All was perfect 😊.
